Pedro Pablo and Maria Fernanda are architects and urbanists with degrees from Francisco Marroquin University in Guatemala and Notre Dame in Indiana (Masters in Architecture). They are consultants for Architecture and Urbanism at an international level, having worked in Italy, the United States, Ecuador, Costa Rica and Guatemala.
Pedro Pablo has collaborated as a designer in charrettes with internationally known firms such as Duany & Plater-Zyberk, Dover-Kohl & Partners, Planning & Development Inc., as well as with the City of Miami. Both have lectured and given conferences at prestigious universities in both Guatemala and the United States. Maria Fernanda is a member of the Notre Dame University School of Architecture Advisory Council in Indiana, USA, and is a consultant in the establishment of a new University in Guatemala.
Both are currently co-working with South Bay Developers in the design of high-end residences in Key Biscayne, FL and in Guayaquil, Ecuador.

Marc Landers is a Landscape Architect from California with a Masters Degree in Suburb and Town Design from The University of Miami. He has worked in California, Florida, Germany and extensively in Guatemala.
Ana Claudia Molina is a Guatemalan Architect with experience in architecture and interior design, both residential and commercial. Both have maintained a successful practice in design and construction in Guatemala since 1995, and have completed more than 100 projects of architecture and landscape architecture in the country.
